2nd Ahoghill took part in the annual battalion parade this afternoon, which was hosted by High Kirk Presbyterian Church.
After travelling into Ballymena, we met with the other Companies from the Ballymena & District Battalion, in the Twickenham House car park on Mount Street.
The parade began around 3pm, as we marched up Mount Street and turned left onto Thomas Street. From here we headed to the Fairhill Roundabout, heading straight across and continuing along Thomas Street and into High Kirk.
After the church service, the parade formed up and marched back to Twickenham house, retracing the route we had followed earlier. The colours were marched off, and the battalion parade was over for another year.
